Everything Vault Line can do
Features, explained
Every tool in your card tracker, what it does and where to find it. All plans include every feature.
Card inventory
Add every card you own with player, set, card number, condition, rarity run, date bought and what you paid. No field is required — fill in only what you know, and unfinished cards still save.
Card photos
Upload your own photo of each card. Photos are stored privately, compressed so your collection loads fast, and shown on your cards one at a time as you scroll. A default card design is used when there's no photo.
Conditions and rarity
Choose Raw, PSA 10 or PSA 9 — or type your own grade. Pick the print run for rarities like 1/1, /75, /250, /499 or Base, and serial-numbered cards get highlighted in gold or holo colors automatically.
Total paid and estimated value
Two summary boxes always show how much your current inventory cost you and what it's estimated to be worth. Both update the instant you edit a card.
Sold cards and realized profit
Mark a card sold with its sale price and it moves to the Sold tab. Your Realized Profit box adds up every sale minus what you paid — and sold cards never count toward inventory value.
Trade log
Mark a card traded and record who you traded with, the date, and what you got back. Traded cards never count as sales or profit — so swaps with other collectors don't mess up your numbers.
Search that finds everything
One search bar matches player, set, card number, notes, condition and rarity. Type /75 to see every /75, or psa to see every graded card.
Hide prices
A Hide prices button masks every price, paid amount and value box so you can screen-share or show your collection without revealing money. Your choice is remembered on each device.
Choose your layout
Pick how many cards appear across each row — 2 through 6 — so the grid fits your screen and collection size. Your choice saves automatically.
Date bought
Optionally record the date you bought each card. It syncs across devices and powers the Growth timeline, so your charts reflect when you actually acquired cards.
Growth charts
A dedicated Growth tab graphs your collection over time: total cards, estimated value, total paid and realized profit. Switch between any of the four with a tap.
Export everything
One button on your Profile downloads your whole collection as a spreadsheet file — every detail, what you paid, sold prices and profit — for taxes, insurance or record keeping.
Bulk import
Add cards in bulk from the Bulk add button: upload a spreadsheet (download the blank template to fill in), paste a one-card-per-line list, type quick rows, or drop in a batch of photos that each become a card. Preview everything before it saves.
Public showcase
Turn on sharing from your Profile to get a read-only link to your inventory, including your card photos, with a custom collection name and a link you can personalize. What you paid, your estimated values and sold cards are never shown, and you can turn it off at any time — old links stop working immediately.
For sale collection link
Use your shared link as a for-sale page: hide any cards you don't want to show with a per-card switch, set an optional asking price on each card, and flip on asking prices so buyers see only the price you're asking — never what you paid or your values.
Profile and suggestions
Your Profile tab shows your email, sign-in method, membership type, renewal date and card counts, plus a suggestion box that sends feedback straight to us — and keeps a copy of what you've sent.
Syncs across devices
Sign in with the same account on your phone, tablet and computer and your entire collection — cards, photos, sold history and settings — is always up to date everywhere.
