Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Who we are

Vault Line is operated by Downsouthtradingcards ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you create an account or buy a subscription, you are contracting with Downsouthtradingcards.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use Vault Line, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization you use it for.

3. The service

Vault Line is a baseball card collection tracker. It lets you log cards, upload photos of your cards, record what you paid and sold them for, and see the estimated value and realized profit of your collection. We offer a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid monthly or yearly subscription.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. That includes, at a minimum:

  • Using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • Spamming or infringing anyone's intellectual property
  • Interfering with the service's security — no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to access other people's collections
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service

6. Your content

Your card data and photos belong to you. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We never sell your collection data.

7. Our intellectual property

We own Vault Line itself — the software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your selected plan.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our reseller Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

9. Service level

We work hard to keep Vault Line available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious violations of our acceptable-use rules. When access ends, your card data is retained for a reasonable export window before deletion — contact us if you need a copy.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including lost profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires otherwise.

12. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We're not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard in its courts.
