We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Vault Line subscriptions, sold by Downsouthtradingcards. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at downsouthtradingcards2@gmail.com and we'll help.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in your account or your Paddle receipt email. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — your cards and data stay safe in your account either way.
