Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Vault Tracker website subscriptions purchased through Paddle, sold by Downsouthtradingcards. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at downsouthtradingcards2@gmail.com and we'll help.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in your account or your Paddle receipt email. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — your cards and data stay safe in your account either way.

For App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund rules apply; the website's 30-day guarantee does not apply to Apple purchases. Cancel through your Apple account's subscription settings. Deleting your Vault Tracker account does not cancel Apple billing.
